Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
Olmia Legal Abogados, S.L.P., is in some cases RESPONSIBLE (in the case of its own events) and in others (client events) for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you in all cases that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

What do we process your personal data for?
To maintain a business relationship with the customer. The operations envisaged to carry out the processing are:
- To process orders, requests, respond to queries and provide legal services or any other type of request made by the Client through any form of contact, online or in person.
- If you have accepted cookies, we collect certain information from your device, such as web browser, IP address, time zone, how you interact with the site and other information contained in the cookie policy. For more information about cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.
- If you have ticked the corresponding box, commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications and sending of newsletters and legal cases or regulations of interest. These communications will be carried out by the RESPONSIBLE for its products and activities.
How long will we keep your personal data?
The data provided will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the corresponding purpose for which we process your data or for the duration of the relationship between the parties and as long as the owner of the data does not express his/her opposition.
Subsequently, the information will be kept blocked for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
There is processing by ‘ data storage’ service providers or other providers or partners with whom we have entered into appropriate contracts.
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except:
- where required by law
- cloud data storage’ service providers
- for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, such as, for example, communications to the Tax Agency, other Public Administrations, banks and financial institutions and, likewise, to our service providers or collaborators, with whom we have signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy legislation.
Please note that any transfer outside the EEA will be made to a recipient that has been declared to have an adequate level of protection by the European Commission. What are your rights?
The rights of the USER are:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and the right to limit or oppose its processing and not to be subject to automated decisions.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.
